Owning a senior care business isn’t as complicated as you might think when you partner with Interim HealthCare. We’ve been in the industry for years and we’ve gotten the process of opening a new location down to a science. Here, we’ll break down a few of the most important steps to give you a better idea of what to expect.
1. Contact Us
When you get in touch with us, we’ll give you more details about our opportunity: how much it costs to invest, how long it will take to get your business up and running, and so forth. We’ll also want to know more about you and your interest in our franchise. If it seems like we’d be a good fit, we’ll move on to the next step in the process of owning a senior care business.
2. Reviewing the Fine Print
You’ll receive a copy of our franchise disclosure document (FDD) to review on your own time. This document spells out every aspect of our investment opportunity — what you should expect to spend, the resources you’ll receive in return, details about our brand’s history, and so forth. Around this time, we’ll also review your background to ensure you’d be a good match for our brand.
3. Getting to Know Our Team
We’ll arrange for you to meet with our team so you can get to know the culture of our brand and the people who you’d be working with. They’re sure to have lots of questions for you, so come prepared to tell us more about yourself. You’ll also be able to ask them any additional questions you might have after reading the FDD.
4. Signing Your Franchise Agreement
If, at this point, we all agree that we’d like to move forward, you’ll be presented with a franchise agreement. Signing it will officially make you part of the Interim HealthCare brand family, and will indicate that you’ve read, understand, and agree to the FDD. Your initial franchise fee will also be due at this time. Once this is taken care of, we can really get to work on opening your business!
5. Your Senior Care Business Grand Opening and Beyond
Now that all the formalities are out of the way, we can get started on opening your senior care business. We’ll work through the processes of…
- Finding a great location
- Marketing your new business
- Securing marketing materials, branded apparel, and so forth
- Finding qualified employees
Basically, we’ll work with you from start to finish to get your new business established. We’ll continue to work with you to help you grow your investment as efficiently as possible, and will keep you up-to-date on industry trends and changes that impact you.
