Wellspring Capital Management, a leading New York equity firm, has announced its acquisition of Interim HealthCare’s parent company Caring Brands International (CBI). The investment is the latest sign that the growth of the home healthcare market shows no signs of slowing down.
A Boon to the Interim HealthCare Franchise
According to a 2021 study by Research and Markets, investors are expecting “exponential” growth in the industry through 2026. The forecast is a boon to the home health service sector, as well as to Interim HealthCare’s 330 (TK) franchisees across the U.S.
And Interim continues its search for entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners to join its franchise team. Interim franchisees have the benefit of owning one of the most trusted brands in the industry, as well as receiving initial training, ongoing professional development, and extensive marketing and operational support.
Interim’s Leadership Praises Acquisition
Jennifer Sheets, president, and CEO of Interim HealthCare and CBI touched upon this growth in a recent press release announcing the move to Wellspring Capital Management:
We are deeply appreciative of the overwhelming and continued excitement for investing in the home healthcare space. Over the past year and throughout 2021, delivery and access to high-quality home-based healthcare services has never been more essential, and it is rewarding to see such a positive market reaction. As the home care industry leader, we at CBI are fully committed to making the home the center of healthcare and helping more people gain the quality services they need. As the newest addition to the Wellspring family, we feel fortunate to partner with an organization that is rooted in the healthcare industry and recognizes the value home-based healthcare provides.
Interested in Starting Your Own Interim Franchise?
If you’re someone who enjoys helping people and wants to start your own business, there’s never been a more exciting time to invest in our franchise. Since 1966, Interim HealthCare has been the #1 senior home care franchise in the industry. And today, our franchisees continue to thrive, earning on average some $3.9 million in revenue a year.
Interim franchisees come from a wide range of professional backgrounds, many of them having little to no previous experience in the healthcare industry. As part of its mission to partner with people who are best suited for the home healthcare industry – and not necessarily the most experienced – Interim offers a time-tested, comprehensive training program as well as an ongoing professional development program called Interim U.
