Industry Leader Paul Mastrapa Appointed President and CEO of Interim HealthCare

More recently, Mastrapa has been an active board member and advisor to several healthcare companies and private equity firms.

Steve Kwon – Senior Vice President Franchise Development

Steve Kwon is the Senior Vice President of Franchise Development at Interim HealthCare Inc. With over 27 years of franchise leadership experience, he joined Caring Brands International in 2021 with a strong vision for targeted recruitment and robust franchise expansion. Steve is known for his expertise in implementing comprehensive targeting strategies, leveraging technology and automation, providing education, and improving systems to drive franchise success. Angela Rhoads – Senior Vice President Start Up and Expansions

Angie Rhoads joined Interim HealthCare in April 2019 as the Senior Vice President of Start Up and Expansions. In her role, she provides support to our franchises in establishing and expanding their Medicare-certified home health and hospice businesses. Angie’s primary focus is on driving operational efficiencies that enhance clinical excellence and financial sustainability.

With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in the software and provider space, Angie has successfully guided organizations through various changes, including updates to conditions of participation and payment models.

Steve Schildwachter – Chief People and Brand Officer

Steve Schildwachter is Interim HealthCare’s Chief People and Brand Officer. Steve is a Certified Franchise Executive with over 25 years of global marketing, branding, and franchise experience. In his role, he leads the company’s marketing and brand strategies, focusing on innovative programs that drive expansion and growth for our franchise network. Jim Glueck – Chief Information Officer
