Step 2: Reviewing the FDD (and Your Finances)
You’ll be provided with a copy of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which lays out all of the details: how much you should expect to invest, what you’ll need to invest in, what support you can look forward to from us, and much more.
Around this time, we’ll also look into your background and finances to ensure that you’re well prepared to start a home healthcare business with Interim.
Step 3: Meeting Our Team
You’ll get to know the Interim HealthCare leadership team, along with the people you’ll be working with as you build your business. This opportunity is your chance to ask any lingering questions about the investment and become more acquainted with our company culture.
Step 4: Signing Your Franchise Agreement
If we’re both ready to move forward, you’ll sign a franchise agreement, officially making you a part of the Interim HealthCare team. Your initial franchise fee will also be due around this time. Now that we’ve dotted the i’s and crossed the t’s, we can get started on opening your new business.
Step 5: Training
You’ll take part in a comprehensive training program where you’ll learn our time-tested model inside and out. The Interim training program is divided into five parts:
- New Franchisee Training at Franchisor’s Headquarters
- Certified Senior Advisor Training and Certification
- Technology System Training
- Office Manager/Coordinator Training
- Care Professional Training

Step 6: Opening Your Doors
We’ll work with you as you staff your business with qualified care providers, launch a marketing campaign to spread the word about your new Interim HealthCare franchise, and put our business model into action.
